We ship worldwide to all countries. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the order value and the shipping destination.

 *Delivery is handled by Swiss Post. No additional taxes, duties, or fees will be incurred.

** If delivery is to a non-EU country, additional duties, taxes, or fees may be payable by the customer to the relevant customs or tax authorities. It is recommended that customers check the details with customs or tax authorities before ordering. Shipments to Switzerland are always sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Therefore, no additional fees will apply.

Simply return the merchandise within 14 days of receipt, unused and in its original packaging, to receive a refund of the purchase price. To process your return, you must register it through our return portal. Please visit the following page: www.williamwalker.returnsportal.online

You can either obtain a paid return label through the return portal or send the package back using a carrier of your choice. We recommend shipping as an insured package with a tracking number via DHL, UPS, or GLS to the following address:

To ensure your return is processed correctly, please include your delivery note with your order. Once the return has arrived, it will be processed within 14 days. The information sheet on the return policy can be downloaded here.

Additional Information for Returns from Non-EU Countries

Please ensure that returns from non-EU countries are declared as returns. If incorrect labeling results in the return only being accepted upon payment of a fee, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance or deduct the incurred costs from the refund amount.

Return Policy for Switzerland

As soon as your order has been imported into Switzerland, you will receive an email from our partner MyOrderGate. The email contains a link where you can register your return. Registration of the return is mandatory, as otherwise, we cannot re-import your package back to Germany. You will find detailed instructions in your package. Alternatively, you can download the information sheet here.

We have already included a return label in your package. The following costs apply to the return label, which will be deducted from the refund:
Packages up to 2kg - 20 CHF
Packages over 2kg - 30 CHF

If you want to exchange a product, please return your product as described above and simply place a new order for the desired product.
