It was a summer day in Hamburg, blue skies over the Elbe (that's really true), the sun was shining hot and we knew we had to get out and take advantage of the great weather. We packed our bath towels, grabbed our dog Bandos (a boxer) and strolled up the Elbe promenade in threes towards Elbstrand. As we slowly approached our destination, we talked about life and its sometimes elusive meaning.
As we sat on the beach a little later, with our feet in the warm sand and watched bandos playing in the water while the big ships passed the gate to the world in the background, it happened, the first William Walker moment.
Right now, in this conversation, in this perfect moment on the Elbe beach in Hamburg, we realized again what we love, what moves us, what drives us and that there is no better time and place than right here and now to start shaping life, our life, according to our own ideas and wishes.
We are moved by Hamburg, the water, trade, the honorable, we love our boxer Bandos, the perfect moments together with him, the conscious enjoyment of the moment. We are driven by the desire to make the world a better place, to leave a small imprint in the sand and to know that we were there with heart and soul.
